To save a copy of your Send Off Report click "File" on your Browser's information bar and then "Save As". A "Save Web Page" box will appear; choose the location you wish to save the file in "Save in" (e.g. "My Documents"), give the file a name (e.g. "Send Off Report May 28") and change the "Save As Type" to "Text File". Now click on the "Save" button and your file will be saved in your chosen location as a text file. If you wish to print the file go to its location, double click on the saved file and then "File" followed by "Print" in the "Notepad Window.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you require a saved or printed copy of your Send Off Report you must save your entered details before submitting the report electronically!!!

SEND OFF CODES

R1 Is guilty of serious foul play

R2 Is guilty of violent conduct

R3 Spits at an opponent or any other person

R4 Denies the opposing team a goal or an obvious goal scoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball (this does not apply to the goalkeeper within his or her penalty area)

R5 Denies an obvious goal scoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player’s goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or a penalty kick

R6 Uses offensive or insulting language and/or gestures

R7 Receives a second caution in the same Match (persistent misconduct)
