To save a copy of your Incident Report click "File" on your Browser's information bar and then "Save As". A "Save Web Page" box will appear; choose the location you wish to save the file in "Save in" (e.g. "My Documents"), give the file a name (e.g. "Incident Report May 28") and change the "Save As Type" to "Text File". Now click on the "Save" button and your file will be saved in your chosen location as a text file. If you wish to print the file go to its location, double click on the saved file and then "File" followed by "Print" in the "Notepad Window.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you require a saved or printed copy of your Incident Report you must save your entered details before submitting the report electronically!!!
